1. Program Overview
The Pest Force Referral Program rewards individuals and businesses who refer new clients for paid pest control services.
2. Eligible Referrals
• A referral must be a new client not previously registered with Pest Force.
• The referral must result in a completed and fully paid service.
3. Referral Commission
• Referrers earn up to 20% commission based on the service price.
• Commission tiers are determined monthly based on referral performance.
• Commission is calculated only on completed jobs recorded in the Referral Tracker.
4. Client Referral Discount
• Referred clients qualify for a 5% discount only when the service value is GHS 1,200 or above.
• Jobs below GHS 1,200 do not qualify for client discounts.
5. Payment & Payouts
• Commissions are summarized monthly.
• Payments are processed within 7–14 working days after month-end.
• All payouts are recorded in the Referrer Payout Sheet.
• Payment methods include Mobile Money or Bank Transfer.
6. Client Records & Verification
• All services are logged in the Client Service Records database.
• Referral commissions are paid only when the client record and referral record align.
• Pest Force reserves the right to verify all referral claims.
7. Disqualification
Referrals may be disqualified if:
• The client already exists in Pest Force records
• Payment is cancelled, reversed, or disputed
• Fraudulent or misleading information is provided
8. Program Control
Pest Force reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time.
Participation in the program implies acceptance of these terms.
